Born and raised in Kuala Lumpur – OKGO store is a curated thrift store started by us (me and Shakira) back in 2017 inspired by our trip to Japan. We wanted to change the way people thrift by bringing all sorts of personalities from different races and backgrounds together for the love of fashion, music and arts.
What is “OKGO”, who is the team behind it and how did it come about?

As part of OKGO, what do you inspire to be and how have you been breaking norms (breaking the mold) since the brand’s inception?
We want to change the way people thrift by bringing all sorts of personalities from different races and backgrounds together for the love of fashion, music & arts and we’ve been breaking the norms ever since with the way we brand OKGO Store.
What advise would you give yourself at the start of the brand’s career?
There are tons of typical advices but the most important is to get an accountant.
