     GLA is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that involves in modulation of membrane functions, formation of short-lived local regulating molecules prostaglandin and leukotrienes  ,  control water permeability of the skin .  Our body turns GLA into hormone-like substances called prostaglandins that regulate immune system.Fish oil is one of the world’s best known sources of Omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids EPA &DHA, play an important role in the maintenance of normal functions of healthy body .
